At CrossFit West Stan, we apply the CrossFit Method to meet our goals and attain the results we desire.

Diet or nutrition lays the molecular foundation for fitness and health.  Metabolic Conditioning, most commonly referred to as “Cardio,” builds capacity in each of the three metabolic pathways. Gymnastics, referred to as “body weight” movements by many, establish functional capacity for both control and range of motion.  Weightlifting and throwing develop our ability to control external objects and produce power. Finally, sport applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with randomized movements and skill mastery.

By striving to excel in all phases of the CrossFit Method, we, in fact, are participating in the act of CrossFit which is constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity.
